I was scrolling my Instagram feed and I saw this advertisment,(PROMOTION) clicked on it and I was sent on a website online.(PLACE) The site was tidy and clean, easy to understand (PHYSICAL EVIDENCE) but to make sure I was booking my flight the right way I opened the online chat with an assistant (PEOPLE), it was a girl named Ronnie and she was nice to me and told me how to proceed, so I did as she said.(PASSION) I wanted to go to New York and I spent 2000€ on the flight, (PRODUCT AND PRICE) the bad thing is that the price was a bit high, but that's ok. I was able to book my flight fast because the site was good(PROCESS).
