As soon as you are just you and her, try to talk to her, ask her how she is and how this period is going. If I were you, I wouldn’t tell her that you’ve seen her in the police car or that she came out of the police station.
If she tells you something, you can give her some advice and your point of view or listen to what she thinks about it.
Tell her that you have respect for her and for her friendships, that you will never tell her to change them, she has just to keep away from dangerous situations.
If she tells you nothing, please don’t insist, just wait and try to create a better relationship.
I’m sure: if she needs help, she will tell you for sure.
To me you should tell what happend, or what you saw to your parents even though this could affect bad your sister because she will probably be grounded.
After all you are just keeping her safe and away from a fine or jail...
They will speak and listen to her, and together you will find out what's the best solution.
Stay close to her and watch out who is she going out with.
The First thing you should do is ask her what she was thinking of doing while getting in trouble with the police; then 1) if she says "nothing", tell your parents she got caught red-handed. 2) If she says what she did, talk it out with her and convince her it's better to let your parents know. Then you all are going to talk about it with the police.
If I were you I’d talk with my sister and tell her that I saw her in a police car. Then, I could ask her what happened in the Police Station and the reason she was there.
I think it is important that she talks to your parents about this story: they have to know absolutely what’s happening.
I think you should try to talk with your sister and try to drive her away from those bad friends that she has. Also, stay close to her and don't let her do anything that could be dangerous for her.
I think you should talk to her, maybe it happened something bad to her, and maybe she's feeling down and lonely. If something bad happened you should convince her to talk with your parents.
If I were you, I'd talk to her first, to ask her what's going on and what happened, tell her that you will help her to get out of this situation. If she doesn't tell you anything talk to your parents, they're adult and they will know what to do
I think you should ask her what happened, and if she do something terrible, you'll should convince her to tell your parents. They can help her. How about staying near her at the moment?
It’s a very difficult situation.
